“… he would have to make me some of his taquitos again, man do I miss the taste of them, how flaky the tortillas turned out, the lettuce crunching with the sour cream as you took a bite and got to taste that perfectly seasoned meat inside, to die for!! He doesn't look like most chefs that come out of culinary school, but that is what makes Lorenzo so unique. He adapts his food flavoring and style to what he thinks, knows and tastes himself to be sure it is good… What I really do appreciate, other then his cooking, is how meticulous he is about the cleanliness of his kitchen, especially when he is cooking in my kitchen. I can't tell you what a relief it is to not have to go behind him and clean up anything because of his meticulousness. I only wish he would one day open his own restaurant, but then I might end up broke spending all my money to have him cook for me once more.” -Melissa C.
